PUREWELD PERISTALTIC PUMP TUBE

PureWeld, a weldable and ADCF (animal-derived components free) tube for use in bio-pharmaceutical processes, including single-use applications. The new tube material provides users with secure joins that allow for a connector-free fluid path.

With the ability to be assembled in minutes, PureWeld has been designed to be economical, achieving an improved pumping performance. The thermoplastic elastomer is low in leachables and demonstrates very low internal spallation when used in peristaltic pumps.

PureWeld tube is a high quality tube ideal for use in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. From research to production, PureWeld can be used in processes such as cell media and fermentation, sterile filling and dispensing, high-purity water transfer, vaccine production, fluid transfer and filtration.

FDA and USP Class VI certified, PureWeld is sterilisable by gamma radiation, autoclave and ethylene oxide and will be available in 13 bore sizes from 0.5mm to 25.4mm.
