In our state-of-the-art cleanrooms we manufacture Pumpsil premium quality platinum cured silicone tube, Bioprene a unique Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) tube and PureWeld XL a pure thermoplastic elastomer that can be welded and heat-sealed.

All are USP Class VI and are supplied with detailed certification in every box. Complete validation packs for each are available. We are the only peristaltic pump manufacturer extruding our own tubing, providing custom sizes and packaging, and guaranteed response times, delivered on time, every time.

  • Bioprene Bioprene

    Bioprene thermoplastic elastomer tube is fully approved for food and pharmaceutical applications. Bioprene lasts at least ten times as long as other tubing materials. Ideal for high pressure applications.

  • PureWeld XL PureWeld XL

    PureWeld XL for single-use bioprocessing systems. This pure thermoplastic elastomer can be welded and heat-sealed, allowing complete fluid paths to be assembled in minutes without connectors.

    Neoprene offers good performance with abrasive slurries in industrial applications. Good suction and pressure capabilities.
