In light of the current global COVID-19 situation, the Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group has implemented rigorous contingency plans to minimise the impact.
As the situation continues to develop, please be assured we remain committed to safeguarding the health and well-being of our employees and customers.
We are adhering to local government guidelines and are reviewing the situation on a constant basis. We have put in place clear procedures for our employees to protect their health, including self-isolation where appropriate.
Many of our customers play a vital role in positively supporting the current situation, from minimising the impact of the virus through the development of vaccines to food production and water treatment. We realise that this work is of critical importance and business continuity plans have been developed in all our business locations.
As a Company, we are adopting split-shift patterns to limit any potential of colleague cross-contamination and working with our supply base to ensure continuity of supply. We operate a global manufacturing strategy, with 10 manufacturing sites across Europe and the US, in conjunction with a global footprint of warehousing to ensure a local supply of products.
We can reassure you that we have maintained a good stock profile across our business and continue to work with our supply partners to maintain stock levels.
We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and will take all necessary steps, at the appropriate time and in line with national and international guidance, to help ensure the safety of our employees, whilst minimising disruption to our customers.
