Ultimate process continuity
APEX pumps are engineered for uptime and process continuity. Through superior heat dissipation, precision machined hose elements and optimized hose compression, APEX has been designed to dramatically reduce hose element fatigue compared to other hose pumps. An occasional change of a long life hose element is all it takes to renew the pump in minutes. The benefit for APEX users is reduced maintenance intervals, leading to decreased cost of ownership. Operating costs are also less due to fewer spare parts needing to be inventoried on-site.
Scalable and future-proofed
APEX offers a level of versatility unrivaled by any other positive displacement pump. APEX is effectively three pumps in one. The pump’s unique geometry allows easy field conversion between three different hose elements to [double or triple] the flow, without the need to invest in a new pump. This low cost scale-up provides ultimate future-proofing against rising production volumes. Users can also select any type and brand of motor gearbox to suit their own specific process conditions.
Offering the best performance available on the market for pressures up to 115 psi (8 bar), along with reliable and stable flow up 317 US gph (1200 l/hr) with 20mm diameter hose, makes APEX the first choice for ongoing, precise dosing. This is boosted by a new generation of long-lasting hoses that also supports repeatable accuracy when metering additives, while continuous pump speeds up to 100 rpm provide a wider capacity range in comparison with alternative hose pumps.
