Flexicon's FF30 modular bottle handling and tightening system accepts the bottles between 12mm and 50mm in diameter.

Easy to clean

All format parts are mounted by finger screws, and all surfaces in contact with the bottles are made of stainless steel.

Capacity 1,200 units/hour

FF30 is ideal for small scale production. A complete bottle and product changeover can be performed in less than 10 minutes.

Filling range from 0.1ml to 100ml with an accuracy of ±0.5%
