Retrofit or integration

Flexicon can fit multiple filling heads into a stainless steel filling trolley, for retrofit into existing filling lines or integration into other manufacturers' filling lines.

Up to 16 filling heads

Flexicon offers trolley design for two to sixteen filling stations of different types. The MC12P master control can be integrated in the trolley or integrated in the control panel of the main machine.

Accessories are available including stainless steel feeding manifolds, casters and filling needles.

Easy-to-clean design

Multiple trolley mounted filling heads achieve an easy-to-clean design with a minimum of exposed wires and connections. Flexicon offers to customize the interface to customer specifications.

In co-operation with other filling machine manufacturers, Flexicon's filling trolleys have been integrated in lines with a vial output.
