Our aftersales department combines three areas of customer support: Repair, Technical support and Service. Our friendly, helpful and skilled aftersales specialists can help solve any pump or installation problems that may arise. Our goal is to provide customers with the most efficient service and the most practical help possible.
We are making progress. Since 2004 we have:
- Cut warranty repair turnaround times to two days
- Handled more than 1,200 support calls
- Set up 14 service centres for 323 and 520 series drives
- Increased our use of technical drawings in customer communications
We keep detailed records of our performance and customers' feedback. We constantly review and update our methods so that we can take care of Watson-Marlow's most valued asset: our customers.
