Watson-Marlow peristaltic pumps ensure the supply of quality potable water and efficient plant operation is maintained. At every stage of water treatment, our pumps provide solutions for water purification and sludge transfer. They offer:
Outstanding reliability and ease of maintenance
Lowest cost of ownership
Self-priming and dry running
Extensive control options
Primary and secondary disinfection and pH control demand accurate chemical dosing for assured potable water quality. These chemicals are abrasive and can gas off. In Watson-Marlow pumps, the tubing is the only part to come into contact with the chemical. This offers exceptional levels of reliability and the lowest cost of ownership compared to traditional pumps types. Accuracy of up to ±0.5% is maintained throughout the pumps service life. Self-priming and dry running eliminates the risk of pump failure or damage due to unexpected occurrences.
Dosing, metering and sampling requirements demand safe and reliable pump control. Our pumps accept PROFIBUS RS232, RS485, 4-20mA and 0-5V signals. They are fitted with volt free and two analogue contacts for proportional stroke and speed equivalent.
