The Senior Program Manager is responsible for providing strategic guidance to teams and project managers, whilst simultaneously promoting Company core values and culture. This new position is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a varied role in a growing organization that puts its employees first.
This opportunity brings with it the chance to organise and coordinate a range of new projects and programmes within Watson-Marlow Limited. Overseeing their progress and ensuring deliverable results to the Company will be pivotal to success.
A qualification or equivalent work experience in project management or managing large teams towards a common goal would be advantageous as would previous experience in a similar role. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can be pragmatic and think critically to solve problems on tight deadlines, and is competent in lead multiple projects with influence and inspiration.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable understanding of world class project and program management techniques. Stakeholder management will be an essential part of this role therefore excellent interpersonal and authentic leadership skills will be central to success.
