Flexicon Liquid Filling
Aseptic filling systems ease customer validation in demanding contamination-free pharmaceutical and clinical diagnostic applications. Designed for small to medium sized batch production, Flexicon systems provide filling accuracy of ±0.5% over volumes from 0.5ml to 250ml and prevent costly overfilling. Flexicon will showcase its FF30 tabletop liquid filling and capping machine, capable of handling up to 1200 bottlesper hour, together with the PF7 tabletop aseptic liquid-filling machine - which is designed for companies operating in GMP-regulated industries.
MasoSine Sine Pumps
The MasoSine CertaTM takes the lead from the MasoSine business. The range now consists of seven pumps for flow rates to 99,000 litre/hour and pressures to 15 bar. Certa not only delivers high suction capability to handle viscous products, it offers significant advantages over alternative technologies with EHEDG Type EL Class I Aseptic certification.
Watson-Marlow Peristaltic Pumps
Watson-Marlow’s range of 530 process pumps range - designed for metering and transfer applications - represent the company’s core range of process pumps. This pump series offer four drive options for industrial integration - manual, remote, analog and digital communication, plus PROFIBUS, and flow rates to 2,000 litre/hr.
The company’s award-winning Qdos technology – offering precise chemical metering capability and rapid, no tools maintenance will also be available to view on the stand. Qdos is available in four size options; each of which is capable of handling a different flow range.
