The world leader in niche peristaltic and sinusoidal pumps and fluid path technologies, Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group (WMFTG) will present highlights from its broad range of positive displacement pump and hose technologies at the 2018 FoodEx Exhibition.
Visitors to Stand V331 will see at first hand a range of products and solutions from four distinct parts of the Group. An additional draw, is the opportunity for visitors to win an iPad Pro.
MasoSine Sinusoidal Pumps
CertaTM, the latest in pump innovation for the food processing sector takes centre stage at the show. Offering EHEDG (Type EL Class I) and 3A certification, CertaTM is extremely easy to clean, is perfect for handling viscous products or inclusions and due to its one shaft, one seal design, is considerably, more energy efficient than other positive displacement pumps and is easier to maintain - thereby ensuring minimal maintenance and downtime and fast return on investment. It completes the existing MasoSine product range by offering users a fully CIP capable pump at flow rates up to 99,000 l/hr.
Many of the world’s leading food manufacturing companies have standardised on Aflex Hose’s patented sanitary hose products. On show at FoodEx are highlights from the Company’s range of food-grade hoses including Bioflex Ultra for use in high volume sanitary transfer applications.
For precise metering and transfer of flavourings, finings and ferments, Watson-Marlow’s peristaltic 530 peristaltic cased pump, delivers flow rates from 0.0001 ml/min to 3.5 litre/min. This cost effective pump builds on the global success of previous models - it combines ease of operation and versatility with high levels of accuracy.
Bredel hose pumps can handle food products as diverse as soft fruit and shellfish, abrasive yeast and finings, as well as fluids containing high concentrations of hard solids such as whole spices. Unlike alternative pump types that incorporate a variety of moving parts, Bredel hose pumps have no direct contact with the product at any stage of the production process – thus reducing the risk of microbial growth and contamination.
Bredel’s F-NBR food-grade hose is also available to view. Certified to meets EC and EHEDG standards, this hose can be cleaned by CIP and SIP sterilisation at full velocity, without the need for a bypass.
