We have a fantastic new role within our design and engineering department for an Electronic Design Manager as part of our New Product Development team.
Watson-Marlow Design and Engineering team strive to deliver technically excellent and commercially sound new products.
This role is pivotal in supporting the development and growth of our Watson-Marlow strategy, through the advancement, sustainment and continuous improvement of electronic design processes.
There may be the requirement to travel occasionally, however the role is Falmouth based.
This role requires a results driven, collaborator with exceptional interpersonal skills, drawing on emotional intelligence to support the growth and development of the team. The successful post holder will have extensive, demonstrable experience in managing multidiscipline teams alongside a comprehensive portfolio of electronic design.
A degree or equivalent electronics based discipline is essential for this role, as is a continuous improvement mindset. A familiarity with QMS, PLM, document control, agile practices and manufacturing technologies would be advantageous. The ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools, whilst accurately assessing and interpreting key business metrics from multiple perspectives will be crucial to success in this role.
